Kick back and relax in this fully renovated and stylish space. House is stocked with new kitchenware, appliances, smart TVs. This rental has everything you need! 33 miles to downtown Chicago, 17 miles to O'Hare Airport, 5 miles to Woodfield Mall. Enjoy restaurants, parks, golf courses, Legoland, Medieval Times and much more. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a beautiful sunroom that sleeps up to 6 people (2 in each bedroom). Garage is not available for guests' use.

Please note that the house, as well as the driveway, are located on a fairly busy street and some street noise is to be expected.
Maximum of 3 cars are allowed and can be parked in the driveway for free. (NO street parking allowed!). Please do not block sidewalk. The driveway is off of a fairly busy street so there is a small driveway extensions that can be used to turn around. Maximum of 6 people are allowed at the property at any given time!
This home has been completely renovated for the comfort of our guests! 3 bedrooms sleep up to 6 people. (Two in each bedroom). There is 1 king and
2 queen beds.
HOUSE PERKS:
--This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, electric hand mixer, coffee maker, tea kettle. Essentials like plates, cups, glasses, bowls, wine glasses, cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towels will be provided for your use. Kids plates/cups/bowls/silverware provided as well.
--Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. Green tea is available as well.
--Cooking spray, salt/pepper are provided.
--A hair dryer and showering essentials are provided. Bath towels are available for each guest. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage for clothing. A washer/dryer is available for your use. There is also an iron and ironing board in the utility room.
--A few board games/books are available for your use.
TECHNOLOGY:
--Two flat screen smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom with the king bed).
--Wifi is provided.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--Users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.
--Renters that are above the age of 25.
--No more than 6 guests at any given time at the house.
--Absolutely no parties and gatherings. No pets allowed.
We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests.
In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) There is a pack & play/portable crib and a foldable high chair located in the primary bedroom closet. Guests are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.***
CHECK-IN INFO:
--Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through VRBO messenger.
--Check-in is between 4 and 7 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but often times, the cleaning crew requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)
--Our cancellation policy is moderate.

Summary: The property photos and details are accurate. The house is cozy, very clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, measuring cups, etc. The beds were comfortable. The only bathroom is a bit small but was fine for our needs. There is a small outdoor patio shaded by a large tree that is part of a much larger back yard. The house is located on a busy street, but the sound is pretty muffled when you are inside the house. I live on a busy street, so the sound of street traffic did not bother me at night. There are plenty of good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Don't miss the Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store that is only a 5 minute drive from the house. The owners are responsive. We had no issues while at the house that needed to be addressed.

Summary: Had the opportunity to bring my son for a visit to the neighborhood I grew up in. Although originally planned as only coming in for a celebration of life for a dear friends mother, we were able to throw in celebrating our 60th birthdays as well. Great location, beautiful home, filled with everything a person could need. Thank you for your hospitality.

Summary: Our granddaughters first trip to Chicago. The house was the perfect location to get anywhere we wanted to go. Easy access to public transportation to get to the Loop. Safe neighborhood. This charming house is very clean, comfortable with everything you need for yourself and others. Plenty of soft towels and comfy beds. The hosts are so kind and respond quickly. I can't recommend it more. Will be our go to next time we’re in town.
